How to play Password
Split into two teams: Divide the players into two teams. No names or accounts are needed: the game alternates automatically between Team 1 and Team 2.
See the word in secret: The clue-giver takes the phone and taps “See the word”. Keep the screen facing you, then give one spoken clue.
Make them guess without typing: The team answers out loud. Tap “Found” when they get it, or “Skip” when you are stuck. Every word found before time runs out scores a point.
Pass to the next team: When the timer ends, the turn score is added to the team. Pass the phone to the next clue-giver and let the other team play.
Tips for giving clues
A simple, immediate clue beats a long explanation. The goal is to get the team talking, not describe every detail.
Say the first useful word that comes to mind. Hesitation costs precious seconds.
Skip a hopeless word quickly: a point later is worth more than thirty seconds lost now.
With four to six players, switch clue-givers every turn so everyone gets involved.
