What Playfuns stores, what advertising uses, and how to change your choices.
Playfuns is a free games site. We do not ask for an account, an email address or a name. This page sets out exactly what is stored on your device and what advertising partners may collect.
Playfuns is published and operated by Mobitra, a company based in France. For processing activities determined directly by Playfuns, Mobitra acts as data controller and can be contacted at contact@playfuns.win.
Playfuns keeps a handful of preferences in your browser’s local storage: your chosen language, light or dark theme, round count, whether you have already read a game’s instructions, and your audience analytics choice.
Anything typed during a game (player names, Two Truths statements, drawings) stays on your device for the length of that game. It is not sent to a server to be retained, and clearing the site’s data removes it permanently.
Some games can generate fresh content on demand (dilemmas, word pairs, statement ideas). When you tap that button, the text needed to produce the result is sent to an AI model hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure.
These requests are used only to generate the content you asked for at that moment. They are not tied to an identity and are not used to build a profile.
This site shows advertising supplied by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies or read identifiers on your device to measure ad performance and, where you have consented, to show personalised ads.
If you are browsing from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent dialog is shown before any advertising use that requires your agreement. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the “Privacy choices” link at the bottom of every page.
You can also turn off Google ad personalisation from your Google account’s ad settings, independently of this site.
With your permission, we look at aggregated statistics from our host, Google Search Console and PostHog EU: page views, general referral source, country, device type, and which games are started or completed. PostHog is loaded only after acceptance, and the choice can be changed through the “Privacy choices” link in the footer.
Events sent to PostHog contain only the game identifier, language, mode, player or round count, duration, and a few technical settings. Player names, answers, votes, secret words, statements and drawings are never sent. Automatic capture, session recordings and anonymous visitor profiles are disabled.
No Playfuns account is created, and usage statistics are not associated with your identity. You can withdraw consent through “Privacy choices”, clear local preferences in your browser, and contact Mobitra at contact@playfuns.win to exercise any applicable rights.
Data processed directly by Google through its advertising services is also governed by Google’s privacy policy and rights-request mechanisms.
Playfuns is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. The game content is suitable for a general audience.
